Topic Leads

Topic Leads will act as champions for their respective thematic areas, providing leadership, expertise, and direction across the Global Research Centre’s activities. They will play a key role in identifying emerging challenges, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and stimulating the critical research questions and conversations that will shape the Centre’s work. By connecting researchers, partners, and stakeholders across disciplines, Topic Leads will help ensure that activities remain innovative, impactful, and responsive to both local and global climate priorities.

Advisory Group

The work of the GRC will be further guided by an Advisory Group responsible for championing and upholding the Centre’s core governing principles. Drawing on a breadth of experience and perspectives, the Advisory Group will provide strategic insight, constructive challenge, and independent guidance to help ensure the Centre’s activities remain inclusive, collaborative, and aligned with its overarching mission and values. Together, the Topic Leads and Advisory Group will help create a strong framework for ambitious, interdisciplinary research and meaningful real-world impact.
